1. Purpose

These terms of service aim to define the rules applicable to the booking and provision of wellness services offered by L'ADRESSE SAINT-HONORÉ.

2. Nature of Services

The massages offered are strictly non-therapeutic and non-medical.

They are exclusively for well-being, relaxation and comfort.

They in no way replace medical or paramedical follow-up.

3. Access to Services

Services are accessible by appointment only.

The client must be of legal age (18 years old). Any exception (e.g. massages for teenagers) requires written parental authorization.

L'ADRESSE SAINT-HONORÉ reserves the right to refuse a service if:

  • the client's health condition contraindicates it (fever, contagious diseases, unmonitored heart problems, etc.),
  • the client's behavior is inappropriate or disrespectful.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are made by phone, email or via the website.

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

The applicable rates are those displayed on the website or at the salon at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Delays

Any cancellation or modification must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

In case of late cancellation or absence, the service will be considered due (see Return and Refund Policy).

In case of client delay, the service duration may be reduced without rate reduction.

6. Gift Cards and Vouchers

Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

They are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client undertakes to inform the practitioner of any medical condition or contraindication that may affect the service.

The client acknowledges that massages are comfort and wellness treatments and releases L'ADRESSE SAINT-HONORÉ from all responsibility in case of concealment of medical information.

8. L'ADRESSE SAINT-HONORÉ Responsibilities

The practitioner undertakes to respect confidentiality, hygiene and professionalism during each session.

In case of exceptional unavailability (illness, technical problem, force majeure), the establishment will offer a postponement or full refund.

9. Personal Data

Information collected during booking (name, phone, email) is used solely for appointment management.

It is never transmitted to third parties without prior consent.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR, the client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are subject to French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

Failing that, the competent court will be that of Paris.
