1. Purpose
These general terms of sale define the terms applicable to the purchase and booking of massage and wellness services offered by L'ADRESSE SAINT-HONORÉ.
2. Services Offered
The services are exclusively relaxation and wellness massages.
They are in no way medical, paramedical or physiotherapy treatments.
3. Prices
Service prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT included).
The applicable prices are those in force at the time of booking or purchase.
L'ADRESSE SAINT-HONORÉ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the maintenance of the price displayed at the time of order.
4. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made:
- by phone,
- by email,
- directly at the salon,
- or online via our website.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash (only at the salon).
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
5. Gift Cards and Prepaid Services
Gift cards and prepaid cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
They are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
They can only be used for services offered by L'ADRESSE SAINT-HONORÉ.
6. Cancellation and Modification
Any cancellation or postponement must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the service will be considered due and cannot be refunded (see Return and Refund Policy).
7. Client Responsibilities
The client must inform the practitioner of any health problem, contraindication or allergy.
L'ADRESSE SAINT-HONORÉ disclaims all responsibility in case of willful concealment of medical information.
8. Establishment Responsibilities
L'ADRESSE SAINT-HONORÉ undertakes to ensure professional services, respecting hygiene and confidentiality.
In case of impossibility to perform the service due to force majeure (illness, unavailability, technical problem), a postponement or full refund solution will be offered.
9. Personal Data
The data collected (name, phone, email, booking history) is used solely for appointment management and client communication.
In accordance with GDPR, the client can exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion of their data by writing to: contact@ad-sainthonore.fr.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are subject to French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
