SFL is a natural facial rejuvenation technique created by Yakov Gershkovich. It combines external manual sculpting (on the superficial facial muscles) with intra-buccal work (from inside the mouth, with gloves) to reach the deep muscles of the jaw and cheeks. It is this dual approach — inside and outside — that produces the natural lifting effect. Adam is certified in this method.
The practitioner wears gloves and works the facial muscles from inside the mouth. It may surprise you the first time, but it is painless.
