Each appointment begins with a 10-minute exchange to precisely understand your current state: tension, fatigue, recovery, mobility.
From there, the treatment is built for you. It can be deep or relaxing, focused on one area or global, and integrate several techniques within a single session.
Deep tissue, mobility, myofascial work, relaxation… Everything is adjusted in real time, based on what your body expresses.
One single goal: to respond exactly to your need of the day. Not a fixed protocol. A living treatment.

Frequently asked questions about tailor-made massage
Most massages follow a predefined protocol: same sequence of gestures, same areas, same duration for each body part. The Tailor-Made works the opposite way: everything is decided with you and for you, from a ten-minute preliminary exchange, based on your condition that day. The techniques (deep tissue, Thai, Californian, Swedish, lomi lomi, myofascial, trigger point), pressures, rhythm and treated areas change with each session. You never receive the same massage twice.
The practitioner masters a wide repertoire: deep tissue massage for deep tension, Thai massage for flexibility and energy lines, Californian massage for global release, Swedish massage for sports recovery, lomi lomi for fluid and enveloping work, myofascial techniques to release fascial adhesions, and trigger point for precise muscle knots. These techniques are not offered separately – they are combined within a single session according to your needs.
Not at all. That's precisely the purpose of the ten complimentary minutes before the treatment. Adam assesses your tensions, identifies areas requiring specific work, and builds the protocol from what he observes and what you express. You don't need to know the techniques – that's his expertise.
Yes. The Tailor-Made integrates techniques specifically designed for sports recovery: deep tissue to release stressed muscles, Swedish massage to boost circulation and reduce soreness, myofascial work to restore joint mobility, trigger point to treat exercise-related muscle knots. The treatment is particularly suitable post-training, after competition, or during intense physical preparation periods.
45 minutes is enough for targeted work on a specific area (back, neck, shoulders, legs). 1 hour allows a complete treatment integrating several techniques. 1h30 offers in-depth care for the entire body. 2 hours are ideal for total release with deep work on all areas – it's the duration we recommend for a first session or global recovery needs.
Deep tissue is a slow, targeted deep massage technique that works on the lower muscle layers and fascia. It suits athletes as well as sedentary people suffering from chronic tension. Sports massage (Swedish type) is more dynamic, with friction, kneading and percussion that stimulate circulation and accelerate recovery. In the Tailor-Made, both approaches can be combined within a single session.
Absolutely. The two treatments are complementary. Le Drainant works on the lymphatic system, water retention and circulation. Le Sur-Mesure works on muscle tension, mobility and recovery. Alternating between the two as part of a course provides comprehensive, complete body care.
Never. Even deep techniques like deep tissue or trigger point are applied at an intensity adapted to your comfort threshold. The practitioner constantly adjusts pressure based on your feedback and what he perceives in your tissues. The goal is always release – never pain.
